A World In Flux

opposites perpetually

changing

taking advantage

of any glimmer

any spark

to gain ground

in uncertain path

indeterminate and

amorphous

though a continuum

a certain mutual

hardening and

distancing of hearts

arriving too early at

objective tolerance

and recognition

of schisms

organizing the

despotism of liberty

a recurring theme

in an era borne out

of a morass of war

plague and disease

all these calamities

could not be fixed

even by an archangel

the complex poetics

conceived by

avant-garde saints

unleashing the darker

traits of the soul

remaking the product

of the labyrinth

human consciousness

its meanings

infinitely mirrored

infinitely reflected

in each other

entering into

the liturgies

maximizing

the result of being

an embodied mind

hoping to change

a world of inequalities

and discrimination

when a flow enters

into another flow

it pushes us violently

two thousand years

backward in the

history of the world

despite cooperation

collaboration for

the sake of the

common good

one should always

know one’s enemy

but the fate of

being human is

that names

are called over

the heads fall

pouf, pouf, pouf

ignoring any loss

of prestige

after everything

is done
