flow

showing its

inextricability

from the

sinews

of time

and light

the quiet eye

at the center

of the whirlpool

making a hash of

our understanding

of our place in

the cosmos

entering rules

and definitions

into chains of

reasoning

including critical

revisions and

rejections of

theories

a beginning

of the end

of ideology

showing how

the circle might

be squared

after all

exorcising

the ghost

in the machine

stamping

a shape onto

formless minds

shores teeming

with wretched

refuse

shadowed by

a long history

of losses

from waged

battles of

opinion

antagonisms

have survived

after killing

one another

over trivial

insults

perpetuating

the injustices

of the past

victims would

be inhabiting

an imperfect

body in a

fallen world

so consumed

with lust for

retribution

hushed whisper

turning into

a shout

refracted through

the deeply willed

deceptions

the black hole

becomes

a home
